Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the hire of vehicles from Antcarhi (“we”, “us”, “our”) and form a binding agreement between Antcarhi and the hirer (“you”, “the customer”) upon confirmation of a booking. Please read these terms carefully before confirming your reservation.
1. The Hire Company
Antcarhi is a car hire company based in Belek, Serik, Antalya, Turkey. We provide self-drive vehicle hire services to individuals visiting the Belek, Kadriye, Boğazkent and wider Antalya region.

2. Eligibility to Hire
To hire a vehicle from Antcarhi , you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of vehicle delivery:
You must be at least 21 years of age. You must hold a valid driving licence that has been held for a minimum of one full year. If your licence was issued outside the European Union, you must also hold a valid International Driving Permit (IDP) or a certified translation of your licence. You must present a valid passport or national identity card. You must be physically present at the point of delivery to sign the hire agreement.
Drivers between the ages of 21 and 25 may be subject to a young driver supplement depending on the vehicle category. Antcarhi reserves the right to decline a hire request if the driver does not meet the eligibility requirements set out above.
3. Booking and Confirmation
A booking is made by submitting a reservation request through our website or by contacting us directly by phone or WhatsApp. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation from Antcarhi by email or WhatsApp message. We reserve the right to decline any booking request at our sole discretion.
We strongly recommend booking in advance, particularly during the peak season from June to September, to guarantee the availability of your preferred vehicle. Submission of a booking request does not guarantee vehicle availability until confirmation is received.
4. Modifications and Cancellations
Modifications: you may modify your booking — including the vehicle, dates or delivery address — by contacting us as early as possible. Modifications are subject to vehicle availability and are confirmed only when acknowledged by Antcarhi in writing.
Cancellations by the customer: you may cancel a confirmed booking at no charge provided you notify us at least 24 hours before the agreed delivery time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee at our discretion. We will communicate any applicable fee at the time of cancellation.
Cancellations by Antcarhi : in exceptional circumstances beyond our control — including but not limited to vehicle breakdown, severe weather or force majeure — Antcarhi reserves the right to cancel a confirmed booking. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative vehicle or a full refund of any prepaid amounts.
5. Delivery and Collection
Antcarhi delivers vehicles free of charge to any hotel, villa or address in Belek, Kadriye and Boğazkent, and to Antalya Airport (AYT) Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. Delivery to locations outside these areas may be available on request and may incur an additional charge, which will be communicated in advance.
You must be present at the agreed delivery location at the agreed time to receive the vehicle. If you are not present within 60 minutes of the agreed delivery time without prior notice, Antcarhi reserves the right to treat the booking as cancelled.
At the time of delivery, both parties will inspect the vehicle together and note any pre-existing damage on the hire agreement. You are responsible for ensuring that all pre-existing damage is accurately recorded before you take possession of the vehicle. Signing the hire agreement confirms your acceptance of the vehicle’s condition as recorded.
Collection of the vehicle at the end of the hire period will be arranged at a time and location agreed between both parties. If you wish to extend your hire, you must contact us at least 24 hours before the original return time. Extensions are subject to availability.
6. Payment
Payment for all hire charges is made in cash (Turkish lira or Euro) on delivery of the vehicle. No online payment, credit card or debit card payment is processed through our website or at the point of delivery. No security deposit is required.
The hire price quoted at the time of booking is inclusive of the vehicle, full CASCO insurance, unlimited mileage and free delivery and collection within the service area set out in clause 5. No additional charges will be applied except as expressly set out in these Terms and Conditions.
Fuel is not included in the hire price. Vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank. If a vehicle is returned with less fuel than at delivery, a refuelling charge will be applied at a rate above the prevailing pump price to cover the cost of refuelling and the administrative effort involved.
7. Insurance
All Antcarhi vehicles are covered by full CASCO (comprehensive motor) insurance for the duration of the hire period. CASCO insurance covers damage to the hire vehicle caused by collision, theft, fire and other insured events. The franchise (excess) payable by the customer in the event of a claim is zero — you will not be charged any excess amount under any circumstances.
Third-party liability insurance is included as required by Turkish law and covers damage caused to third-party vehicles, property and persons during the hire period.
Insurance cover is void and the customer will be held fully liable for any damage or loss if the vehicle is driven by a person not named in the hire agreement; if the vehicle is used in a manner contrary to these Terms and Conditions; or if the driver is found to be under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any other substance that impairs driving ability at the time of an incident.
8. Your Responsibilities as the Hirer
During the hire period, you are responsible for the safe and lawful use of the vehicle. You must use the vehicle only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Turkish traffic law. You must not carry more passengers than the vehicle is rated for. You must not use the vehicle for racing, off-road driving or any other purpose for which it is not designed. You must not transport animals in the vehicle without prior written consent. You must not smoke in the vehicle. You must not sub-hire, lend or transfer the vehicle to any person not named in the hire agreement. You must ensure the vehicle is kept locked and secure when unattended. You must report any accident, damage, theft or mechanical failure to Antcarhi immediately by calling +90 507 650 67 69.
In the event of a road traffic accident, you must not admit liability to any third party. You must obtain the names, contact details and insurance information of any other parties involved and report the incident to the local police where required. You must notify Antcarhi immediately and provide a full written account of the incident.
9. Traffic Violations and Fines
You are responsible for all traffic violations, fines, penalties and charges incurred during the hire period, including but not limited to speeding fines, parking penalties and toll charges. If Antcarhi receives a fine or penalty notice relating to a violation that occurred during your hire period, the full amount of the fine plus an administrative handling fee will be charged to you. You agree to reimburse Antcarhi for any such amounts within 14 days of notification.
Turkey operates an electronic toll system (HGS) on its motorways. Where the hire vehicle is equipped with an HGS transponder, toll charges will be deducted automatically. Any outstanding toll charges incurred during your hire period and invoiced to Antcarhi after the hire has ended will be passed on to you in full.
10. Territorial Restrictions
Antcarhi hire vehicles may be driven anywhere within Turkey. Cross-border use of the vehicle — driving into any country outside Turkey — is strictly prohibited unless expressly agreed in writing by Antcarhi prior to the start of the hire. Breach of this condition will void all insurance cover and render you personally liable for any damage, loss or legal costs arising.
11. Return of the Vehicle
The vehicle must be returned at the agreed time and location in the same condition as it was delivered, subject to fair wear and tear. Late returns without prior notice may result in additional daily hire charges being applied. Any damage identified at the point of return that was not recorded on the original hire agreement will be assessed and charged at cost.
The vehicle must be returned clean. If the vehicle is returned in an excessively dirty condition — interior or exterior — a cleaning charge may be applied.
12. Limitation of Liability
Antcarhi’s liability to you in connection with the hire of a vehicle is limited to the hire charges paid for the relevant hire period. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or special loss, including but not limited to loss of enjoyment, loss of earnings or the cost of alternative transport arrangements, arising from any failure or delay on our part.
We are not responsible for any personal belongings left in the vehicle during or after the hire period. We recommend that you check the vehicle thoroughly upon return and remove all personal items before handing back the keys.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Antalya, Turkey.
14. Changes to These Terms
Antcarhi reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version in force at the time of your booking confirmation is the version that applies to your hire. We recommend that you read these terms each time you make a new booking.
